Role Description The Telecaller role at TheMagnitudes.in is a part-time or full-time, Work from Home position. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, explaining services, and responding to inquiries in a transparent and professional manner. Daily tasks include maintaining call logs, updating lead and customer information in internal systems,



and following up on leads to support business development and marketing campaigns. The Telecaller will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to qualify leads, schedule appointments or demonstrations, and provide feedback on customer needs and responses. The role also involves achieving call and conversion targets, adhering to call scripts and guidelines, and maintaining a positive and courteous communication style.
