Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Solar Technician role based in Malout. The Solar Technician will install, commission, and maintain solar power systems for commercial and community projects, following technical drawings and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include performing routine inspections, diagnosing system issues, carrying out mechanical and electrical repairs, and optimizing system performance.



The role also involves monitoring power generation data, documenting maintenance activities, and coordinating with project engineers and site supervisors. The technician will ensure compliance with safety protocols, support project execution timelines, and provide basic guidance to clients on system operation.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess knowledge of solar systems and solar power, including installation, configuration, and performance monitoring.
Candidates should possess understanding of the solar industry and power generation principles relevant to commercial and community projects.
Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical issues in solar installations.
