Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager – Social Media to lead and scale Ultimutts’s digital footprint through platform-first storytelling, trend-driven content, and high-impact brand narratives. This role centers on crafting dynamic social strategies, driving meaningful audience engagement, and anchoring the brand firmly in contemporary digital and pet culture.

The ideal candidate blends robust content intuition with performance awareness—someone who lives on the internet, understands creator dynamics, and can translate consumer insights into thumb-stopping content in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

Strategy & Channel Growth: Develop and execute end-to-end, platform-specific social strategies across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging digital channels.
Content Creation & Trend Jacking: Conceptualize and produce high-performing short-form video (Reels/Shorts), carousels, stories, and reactive trend-led content.
AI-Assisted Workflows: Integrate generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, scriptwriting, copywriting,



and creative experimentation.
Trend & Cultural Monitoring: Track platform algorithm shifts, viral trends, and creator conversations to capitalize on real-time engagement opportunities.
Cross-Functional Execution: Partner closely with Design, Brand, Performance, and Product teams to align daily content with broader campaign rollouts.
Analytics & Performance Optimization: Measure engagement, reach, and conversion indicators to continually iterate and elevate content performance.
Creator & Community Collaboration: Coordinate influencer partnerships, user-generated content (UGC) drives, and active community engagement.
Editorial Ownership: Own the monthly content calendar, maintaining a consistent brand tone, aesthetic discipline, and messaging integrity.

What You Need

Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Media, or a related discipline.
Experience: 3–5 years in social media
