Role Description The Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Steel Industries role is a full-time, in office position based in Odisha, India. The AGM will oversee day-to-day steel plant operations, including production planning, process monitoring, and coordination with maintenance, quality, and safety teams to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing.



Responsibilities include implementing and improving operational procedures, optimizing resources, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving initiatives for cost reduction and productivity enhancement. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, mentoring and guiding team members, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards, and supporting strategic projects and continuous improvement activities.
