About Metaboliq

Metaboliq is WTF's doctor-led metabolic-health venture. We bring health assessment, diagnostics, medical review, nutrition support, coaching and strength training into one accountable customer journey. We are building a high-volume Delhi-NCR commercial and care-delivery engine.

The role

We are hiring a large first cohort of Business Development Executives. Everyone is trained on the complete customer journey and assigned a primary pod based on demonstrated strength:

• Doctor Partnerships — identify, meet and onboard doctors, clinics and referral partners; activate qualified referrals; maintain partner cadence.
• Customer Conversion — respond rapidly to digital leads, understand customer goals, explain the appropriate Metaboliq package, handle objections and close payment.
• Diagnostics Activation — book tests, coordinate home collection or centre visits, resolve fulfilment issues and complete the handoff to the clinical and nutrition teams.

This is an execution role.

What you will own

• Maintain disciplined daily activity across calls, WhatsApp, CRM tasks, partner visits and follow-ups.
• Move customers from lead to qualified conversation, package purchase, test completion and care-team activation.
• Explain programme inclusions, pricing, timelines and next steps accurately without making medical claims or guaranteed-outcome promises.
• Build and maintain doctor/clinic relationships where assigned.
• Coordinate diagnostic bookings and resolve ageing or failed activations.
• Record every interaction, next action, payment state and handoff in the CRM.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for response time, qualified conversations, paid activations, test completion and customer experience.
• Escalate all clinical questions, contraindications, side effects and prescription requests to
