Role Description The Project and Planning Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the Nashik manufacturing unit. This role is responsible for end-to-end project planning and execution,



including defining project scope, setting timelines, allocating resources, and monitoring progress for electrical panel manufacturing projects. The manager coordinates with design, production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and adherence to technical specifications and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing project schedules, tracking milestones, managing risks, updating stakeholders, and implementing process improvements aligned with the company’s continuous improvement practices. The role also involves maintaining detailed documentation, reviewing performance metrics, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to optimize efficiency in the manufacturing workplace.
