Role Description: The Relationship Manager will be responsible for guiding prospective homebuyers through each stage of their purchase journey, from initial inquiry to post-handover support. Day-to-day activities include meeting clients on-site, understanding their needs and preferences, explaining project details, coordinating site visits, and assisting with documentation and closing formalities. The role involves maintaining ongoing communication, managing expectations,



and building long-term relationships based on trust and clarity. The Relationship Manager will work closely with internal teams and developers to ensure a smooth experience for clients and timely resolution of queries. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications
Strong relationship management, client servicing, and customer support skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term rapport.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, including explicit spoken and written English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
Basic understanding of real estate processes, documentation, and home buying lifecycle; prior experience in real estate or financial services is preferred.
Solid organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups simultaneously.
