Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities for Bondwell’s product portfolio, including BONDIT® and related construction chemical solutions,



across assigned territories and customer segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with distributors, contractors, and project owners, and conducting product presentations and technical discussions with stakeholders. The role involves setting and tracking sales targets, preparing forecasts and reports, coordinating closely with technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction, and gathering market insights to support pricing, product positioning, and new product development. The Sales Manager will also train and guide the sales team, ensure compliance with company policies, and represent Bondwell at industry events and customer meetings.
