Role Description The Assistant Professor role in Business Communication, Business Analytics & Data Science, and Finance / HRM / Marketing is a full-time on-site position based in Ranchi. The selected candidate will design and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions aligned with the PGDM/MBA curriculum. Daily responsibilities include guiding students through contemporary concepts and tools in their specialization area, supervising projects and research work, and supporting continuous assessment through assignments, examinations, and feedback. The role involves contributing to curriculum enhancement, participating in academic committees,



and engaging in institutional development activities. The Assistant Professor is also expected to mentor students, support industry-academia collaboration initiatives, and uphold high standards of academic integrity and professional ethics.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Strategic Communications skills for effective classroom delivery, student mentoring, and institutional representation.
Candidates should possess Curriculum Development and University Teaching experience to design, update, and deliver outcome-based management courses.
Candidates should possess solid Research skills to contribute to scholarly publications, applied projects, and academic innovation.
Minimum 3 years teaching experience post PG or Ph.D. in relevant subject in College or University.
Relevant academic background i.e Master’s degree with UGC-NET or PhD in Management, Business Communication, Business Analytic
