About the Role

Agarwal Estates is looking for a proactive and experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our day-to-day business operations. This role is responsible for streamlining property transactions, improving internal workflows, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing vendor and partner relationships to ensure seamless business execution.

The ideal candidate is an organized leader with strong analytical, problem-solving, and operational management skills who can drive efficiency while delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize day-to-day business operations.
Streamline property transaction processes and improve operational efficiency.
Develop and implement effective workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with vendors, brokers,



partners, and internal teams.
Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead and support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
Track KPIs, prepare operational reports, and recommend process enhancements.
Ensure high service standards for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications
