Role Description
The Ecommerce Specialist internship at Induscraft is an in office role based in Hyderabad. The intern will assist in managing product listings on various ecommerce platforms, including updating descriptions, prices, images, and inventory. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring online sales performance, analyzing traffic and conversion data, and supporting promotional campaigns. The role involves coordinating with customer service to address inquiries, helping improve the online shopping experience, and supporting basic sales operations. The internship offers hands-on exposure to ecommerce processes and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce knowledge and an interest in online retail platforms and operations.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data, website metrics, and customer behavior.
Candidates should possess effective Communication abilities for coordinating with internal teams and engaging with customers.




Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle queries, resolve issues, and enhance buyer satisfaction.
Candidates should possess Sales awareness, with the ability to support promotions and identify opportunities to improve revenue.
Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with ecommerce tools or marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify), basic Excel or data analysis skills, and attention to detail.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, learn quickly, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
No experience needed as long as you have drive.
Salary: 13000-17000 + commission on all assisted sales
