Position Overview Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong experience in Bank Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP) processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate reconciliation of bank accounts and ledgers, supporting credit recovery activities, and coordinating with procurement and finance teams to resolve outstanding issues. The role requires hands-on SAP FI knowledge and a robust understanding of financial controls and reconciliation processes. Monitor and clear open bank transactions, ensuring compliance with established controls and accounting policies. Support credit recovery and overpayment recovery activities by coordinating with vendors, banks, and internal stakeholders. Analyse and resolve discrepancies between bank statements, SAP records, and general ledger balances. Work closely with Procurement and Accounts Payable teams to resolve invoice, payment, and vendor-related issues. Prepare reconciliation reports, aging analysis, and management updates.
