Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru for Sales Executives and Telecallers. Sales Executives will engage with prospective customers, conduct site visits, present project details, negotiate terms, and follow up to close sales. Telecallers will make outbound calls, respond to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, provide basic project information, and schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team. Both roles will maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools, coordinate with internal teams to support clients,



and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. Professionals in these roles are expected to uphold high standards of customer service and represent the company positively in all interactions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and local languages, active listening, and customer handling abilities.
Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, such as lead conversion, objection handling, relationship building, and closing techniques.
