PrincipalProduct Manager | HR Technology & Platforms | Hyderabad Summary Cornerstone OnDemand is seekinga Principal Product Manager to grow our performance and talent management agentportfolio, leading the delivery of AI-native products and enterprise outcomeagents that drive measurable customer value. This is a customer-facingAI-native product management role for a hands-on PM who can move quickly fromcustomer discovery and requirements to working prototypes, using modernAI-native product development tools such as Lovable, Claude, Co-Pilot and similarplatforms. The role requires close collaboration with customers, FDEs,engineering, and cross-functional teams to validate solutions early, iteraterapidly, and launch outcome agents that solve meaningful business problems. Asour agent portfolio grows, individual agents increasingly work together tocompound value for customers,



and this role will help shape how new agents fitinto that broader picture. The ideal candidate is highlyexecution-oriented, comfortable working in ambiguity, and able to translatecustomer needs into prototypes, product direction, and shipped capabilitieswith speed and rigor About the Team You'll join a growing productteam building AI-native agents for the performance and talent managementdomain, part of a broader portfolio of enterprise outcome agents atCornerstone.
