Hiring: Deputy Project Manager – Ballastless Track

Location: Mumbai/Pune, Maharashtra

Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years

Qualification: Graduate in Civil / Mechanical Engineering

n

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy Project Manager – Ballastless Track to support the execution and management of large-scale Railway/Metro Track Projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in ballastless track systems, project coordination, and site execution within metro or railway infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

n

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and monitoring of ballastless track works

n

• Supervise day-to-day site activities ensuring compliance with project schedules and quality standards

n

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments for smooth project execution

n

• Ensure implementation of safety procedures, technical specifications, and contract requirements

n

• Monitor progress of slab track and ballastless track installations and resolve site-related issues

n





• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress reporting

n

• Support project documentation, billing, procurement coordination, and approvals

n

n

Required Experience & Skills:

n

✔ Minimum 10 years of experience in railway/metro infrastructure projects

n

✔ Minmum 4 years of experience in relevant track works

n

✔ Experience in execution and supervision of urban metro or railway projects

n

✔ Knowledge of technical standards, quality control, and safety procedures

n

✔ Robust leadership, coordination, and communication skills

n

✔ Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools

n

n

Compensation: As per industry standards and candidate experience.
