About the Role

n

Codeyoung is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retention Manager to strengthen customer relationships, reduce churn, and drive customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and experience in retention, customer success, or account management.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with existing customers to understand concerns and improve retention.
n
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience.
n
- Handle cancellation and refund requests while identifying opportunities for customer retention.
n
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
n
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to maintain customer engagement.
n
- Collaborate with sales, operations,



and support teams to address customer issues.
n
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and retention activities.
n
- Meet retention, renewal, and customer satisfaction targets.
n

Requirements

n

- 1–3 years of experience in Retention, Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Management, or a similar role.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
n
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
n
- Ability to handle customer objections and resolve concerns effectively.
n
- Comfortable working in the US Shift (Night Shift).
n
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
n
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
