Job Description Video Editor & Graphic Designer — Spruce Up Studio n Location: Spruce Up Factory, Pisoli, Pune n Employment: Full-time, in-person n Experience: 2–4 years n Compensation: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month, based on portfolio and experience n Note: Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. n About Spruce Up Industries n Spruce Up builds industrial cleaning machinery for Indian roads, including the Jatayu Super and Stratus 330. n We are launching Spruce Up Studio, an in-house production capability for creating high-quality product films, training videos, service content, corporate films, advertisements and internal learning material. n Our goal is to produce multiple videos every month with robust storytelling, excellent production value and a consistent visual identity. n The Role n We are looking for a Video Editor & Graphic Designer who will lead post-production and visual-design work for Spruce Up Studio. n You will edit long-form and short-form videos, create motion graphics, thumbnails, static posts and advertising creatives. You will also participate in brainstorming and pre-production, and frequently accompany the producer on shoots. n This is not a desk-only editing position. You should be comfortable assisting on location, operating a second camera and helping ensure that the team captures the footage required for the final edit. n What You'll Do n n Edit product, service, training, corporate and internal videos n Create reels, Shorts, advertisements and sales-team cut-downs n Develop thumbnails, static social posts and digital ad creatives n Add subtitles, specification labels, feature callouts and motion graphics n Colour-grade footage and clean dialogue, voiceovers, music and machine audio n Participate in concept development, storyboarding and shot-list preparation n Join shoots and assist with cameras, framing,
