Job Description About the Company n Provide technical expertise on Oracle HCM Payroll (Global Implementation) to clients across India. n About the Role n Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing project schedules, resources, and stakeholders effectively. n Responsibilities n n Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements. n Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on Oracle HCM Payroll modules such as Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, etc. n Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing, statutory compliance, and system configuration. n n Qualifications n n Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.). n n Required Skills n n 7 - 12 Years of experience in Oracle HCM Payroll Consulting or similar role. n Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll (Global Implementation) with hands-on experience in at least one module like Time & Labor, Perks, Compensation etc. n Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex ideas simply to both technical and non-technical audiences. n
