Inspire Institute of Sport is looking to hire Swimming Coaches in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha.

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Swimming Coaches to support the coaching team at the High Performance Center. The coach will assist in delivering structured training programs, monitoring swimmer development, and maintaining a positive, disciplined, and athlete-centered training environment.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n

1. Coaching & Athlete Development:

n

Ø Assist senior coaches in delivering daily swimming training sessions.

n

Ø Supervise and coach swimmers during water and dry-land training.

n

Ø Support the development of technical skills across all four strokes, starts, turns, and finishes.

n

Ø Monitor attendance, training performance, and athlete progression.

n

Ø Assist with competition preparation and race analysis.

n

n

2. Athlete Management:

n

Ø Promote discipline, punctuality, and skilled behavior among swimmers.

n

Ø Build positive relationships with athletes, parents, and staff.

n

Ø Support swimmer welfare and ensure a safe training environment.

n





Ø Assist in talent identification and athlete retention initiatives.

n

n

3. Competition & Event Support:

n

Ø Attend competitions, training camps, and program activities as required.

n

Ø Assist with meet entries, warm-ups, race preparation, and post-race feedback.

n

Ø Support internal competitions and team-building activities.

n

n

4. Administration & Reporting:

n

Ø Maintain training records and attendance data.

n

Ø Assist in collecting performance metrics and testing results.

n

Ø Submit reports and feedback to senior coaching staff.

n

n

Qualifications & Requirements:

n

Ø Diploma in Sports Coaching Swimming/Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education.

n

Ø Recognized swimming coaching certification by (SAI, SFI, ASCA, or equivalent).

n

Ø Minimum 1 - 10 years of coaching experience.

n

Ø Good understanding of competitive swimming techniques and training principles.

n

Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

n

Ø Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and competitions.

n

Ø Competitive swimming background.
