Job Description We're hiring a Regional Sales Manager for West India to build the room-night pipeline for our boutique properties.
n Pasban — The Gatekeeper is the next chapter from Akhil Anand, who scaled Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels into one of India's most respected boutique hospitality brands (eighteen destinations across the country). West is a priority market for us, and this role is for someone who already has the relationships and knows exactly who to call.
n What you'll own
n - Revenue for the western region — Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat and the wider West market
n - Travel trade relationships: retail and luxury travel agents, DMCs, tour operators, consolidators, wedding planners
n - Corporate and MICE accounts — new business plus retention of key accounts
n - OTA and B2B channel coordination alongside the revenue team
n - Sales calls, trade shows, roadshows and FAM trips for the region
n - Rate negotiations, contracting and annual account agreements




n - Weekly pipeline and monthly revenue reporting to the founder
n Who we're looking for
n - 5–7 years in hotel or resort sales, preferably boutique, luxury or leisure properties
n - An existing, active book of travel agent, DMC and corporate relationships in West India — this is non-negotiable
n - Track record of hitting and exceeding regional revenue targets
n - Comfortable selling experience and story, not just rate — our properties are boutique, not commodity
n - Solid presentation skills and willingness to travel extensively within the region
n - Degree or diploma in Hotel Management preferred
