Forzo Techlabs (FTL) is a US-headquartered company building AI-powered carbon analytics and inventory platforms — Carbalyze and Carboventory — helping organizations track, manage, and act on emissions data. We're a fully remote, distributed team where ownership and cross-functional collaboration matter more than hierarchy.

We're looking for an AI Project Manager to drive execution across our AI-driven product and customer delivery initiatives. You'll be the connective tissue between engineering, AI architecture, and business stakeholders — turning ambitious roadmaps into shipped, working software. This role suits someone who understands AI/ML project lifecycles well enough to ask the right questions, spot risk early, and keep delivery on track without needing to write the models themselves.

Own end-to-end project planning and delivery for AI/ML initiatives across Carbalyze, Carboventory, and customer delivery engagements

● Translate business and client requirements into explicit technical scopes, timelines,



and milestones in partnership with engineering and AI architecture teams

● Track project health — timelines, blockers, dependencies, resourcing — and proactively flag risks before they become fires

● Coordinate across a fully remote, distributed team to keep delivery aligned across time zones

● Partner with the Sales & Marketing team to support pre-sales efforts — providing technical input for proposals, RFPs, and client pitches, and translating project capabilities into compelling client-facing narratives

● Support QA and release coordination for AI-powered features to ensure quality and timely delivery

3–6 years of project management experience, with at least 1–2 years managing AI/ML, data, or software engineering projects

● Working knowledge of AI/ML project lifecycles (data pipelines, model development, evaluation, deployment) — you don't need to build models, but you need to speak the language
