Banking Operations Associate Manager – Commercial Banking Experience: 10–14 Years

Qualification: B.Com

Shift: Predominantly Night Shift

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Banking Operations professional to

manage end-to-end Commercial Lending and Loan Servicing operations, lead large

Manage commercial lending operations including loan booking, drawdowns,

Oversee ACH/Wire processing, reconciliation, collateral, escrow, UCC, and

loan servicing activities.

• Lead a team of approximately 100 FTEs, ensuring SLA, quality, productivity, and

Manage client and stakeholder relationships across Front Office, Back Office,

Agent Banks, Borrowers, and other parties.

• Drive process improvements, automation, risk controls, and operational

Mentor teams and ensure effective governance and performance management.

10–14 years of Commercial Banking/Loan Operations experience.

• Solid knowledge of Commercial Lending, Credit Services, Loan

Documentation & Servicing.

• Excellent people management, stakeholder management, and analytical

Experience with nCino/ACBS is preferred.

• Willingness to work night shifts and support business-critical requirements.
