We are seeking a persuasive, empathetic, and professional Sales Closer , trained to close deals using a unique probing and introspection method utilized by top psychologists. You will connect with potential clients through video calls, guiding them through their life-changing journey of body transformation using our unique solution.

Competitive commission-based pay structure - Significant earning potential for high performers

Flexible scheduling - Freedom to create your own schedule, with an expectation of hitting around 100 calls/month.

Connect with inbound leads through video calls and guide them on their journey to body transformation.

Maintain a full-time schedule of 30-40 hours per week (Monday-Saturday).





Complete 100 calls per month by opening your calendar accordingly.

Stay proactive by keeping up with your numbers and CRM activities.

Proven experience as a sales closer or similar role in a target-driven sales setting (minimum 1 year).

Exceptional verbal communication skills - You’ll be conducting persuasive and effective video calls.

Work ethic and motivation to succeed in a remote environment.

CRM experience preferred.

Compensation

~ Incentives (Starting from the 5th sale):

~8% commission on 5-8th sale: ₹12,800 (₹40,000 per sale)

~9% commission on 15 sales: ₹10% commission on 20 sales: ₹12.5% commission on 30 sales: ₹Continuous training and career development opportunities.

Additional bonuses and incentives based on performance.

S. : Our Business Development Executives earn ₹35,000 - ₹75,000/month on average.
