Pice is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive business growth for its Supply Chain Finance (SCF) vertical. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with strong problem-solving skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for scaling financial solutions in the MSME ecosystem.

Anchor & Retailer Acquisition and Engagement : Identify, onboard, and engage current brand anchors, distributors, and retailers to drive adoption and utilisation of Pice’s financing solutions.

Regional Sales Leadership : Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet acquisition, disbursement, and revenue targets.





Build and maintain a strong business pipeline by identifying high-potential industries, brands, and markets within the assigned region.

Build relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers at brand anchors to establish and grow long-term strategic partnerships.

Represent Pice at industry events, trade forums, and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.

Program Scaling & Risk Management : Maintain close engagement with anchors to monitor portfolio performance, identify potential risks, and drive sustainable scaling of programs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including Risk, Operations, Compliance, and Product to ensure smooth execution and continuous process improvement.

3–8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Supply Chain Finance & Working Capital Loans, or SME Lending.
