Role Description The Executive Personal Assistant role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. This role provides high-level personal and administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and coordinating day-to-day activities.



The Executive Personal Assistant will also act as a communication point between the executive and internal or external stakeholders, manage follow-ups on tasks and deadlines, and support in organizing meetings, events, and client interactions. Executive Administrative Assistance experience, such as calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.

Solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and basic office administration.

Prior experience supporting senior executives or leadership in a corporate or consultancy setting.

Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, and presentation software).

Relevant educational background in business administration, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
