Regional Sales Manager- Karnataka
Experience: 7+ years
Work from Office: Peenya Bangalore
To handle sales activities of all Products of Company's which includes oil, coolant and water chillers for process cooling.
To lead and mentor a team size of 3 sales personnel based in Karnataka.
Drive customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring high-quality service delivery and addressing customer feedback promptly.
Foster a culture of high performance and accountability through effective leadership, coaching, and development of team members.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, MBA could be an advantage.
~5 to 10 years of experience with 3-5yrs in a people leading role.
~ Ability to travel within the region as required.
