Institutional Accounting: Own all accounting machinery, internal controls, risk management, and audit trails.

Ensure precise bookkeeping with automated monthly and annual closures finalized by Day 3.

Airtight Compliance: Maintain zero-compromise oversight over all direct/indirect taxation and financial compliance frameworks.

Commercial Strategy & Business Accountability

Margin Protection: Proactively plug cost leakages or pricing inefficiencies to immediately optimize unit economics.

Deliver high-density financial modeling and accurate forecasting to guide executive growth decisions.





Day-to-Day Financial Operations

Treasury & Cash Velocity: Process Automation: Overhaul manual bottlenecks by establishing automated workflows and airtight approval matrices company-wide.

Senior Leadership: 15+ years in corporate finance, with 5+ years operating as a core CFO or VP.
