Creative & Social Media Executive Location: Mumbai

Label Society is looking for a Creative & Content Executive to join our growing team in Mumbai.

We’re looking for someone who is creative, visually driven, and excited about building a brand through storytelling.

This role will work closely with the founders to build the visual language and storytelling of Label Society across Instagram and our digital platforms. We’re looking for someone who keeps a close eye on what’s happening in the creative and social space, brings fresh references and ideas to the table, and can also get hands-on with execution.

Work closely with the founders to develop and maintain Label Society’s visual language and storytelling direction

Bring ideas, references and concepts for content shoots, campaigns, product launches and social media

Collaborate with the founders on the storytelling direction for upcoming launches and collections

Edit short-form video content and static content for Instagram

Edit campaign content, product videos, ugc videos,



behind-the-scenes footage and other social-first content

Adapt existing shoot and campaign assets into different formats for social media

Be comfortable working with editing tools and willing to learn new tools and workflows as the brand evolves

Maintain and manage a structured social media content calendar

Assist with planning content requirements for shoots and launches

Keep track of what content is being created, edited, approved and scheduled

Track basic social media performance and use learnings to inform future content

1–2 years of relevant work experience in content creation, graphic design, social media or a related creative role

~ Strong understanding of Instagram, particularly Reels and short-form content

~ Strong video and static content editing skills are a must

~ Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar

~ Someone who is constantly looking at what’s hap
