As we expand our international sales operations, we are looking for confident, persuasive and target-driven sales professionals who can engage with prospective clients, understand their requirements and convert qualified leads into successful sales.As an International Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE) / Business Development Manager (BDM) , you will be responsible for handling prospective customers across US, UK, Dubai and domestic markets .
The role involves consultative selling, outbound calling, lead follow-ups, objection handling,
sales closure and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy customer interaction, thrive in a performance-driven environment and have a solid ability to communicate, persuade, negotiate and close sales. Connect with qualified leads through outbound calls and other communication channels.
Explain and recommend suitable wellness programs based on customer requirements.
Build rapport and communicate confidently with domestic and international customers.
Handle customer queries and sales objections professionally.
Negotiate effectively and drive conversations towards successful sales closure.
Conduct timely follow-ups through Calls, WhatsApp and Email .
Maintain accurate customer interactions, follow-up details and sales status in the CRM.
Manage assigned leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Follow defined sales processes, scripts, quality standards and CRM protocols.
