We are seeking a Program Manager/Scrum Master to lead and mentor agile teams, ensuring the effective adoption of Scrum practices. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your focus will be on coaching teams, optimizing agile processes, and enabling high quality product delivery in a rapid-paced environment.

Facilitate Scrum Practices: Lead daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives,



ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.

· Mentor and train team members in Agile methodologies and Scrum best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

· Coordinate cross-project activities, resources, and dependencies.

· Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

· Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

· Ensure program and project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

· Identify and assess risks associated with the program and develop mitigation strategies.

· Oversee resource planning across multiple projects.

· Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates, solicit feedback, and resolve issues.

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.

· 5 - 7 years of experience in IT industry.
