The Inside Sales Executive owns the new business pipeline end-to-end and will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation, while building client relationships and supporting the sales pipeline to drive new business growth. This role is ideal for individuals who are target-driven, confident communicators, and comfortable with high-volume outreach and client interaction, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into qualified leads.

Identify potential clients through online research, industry directories, LinkedIn, databases, and networking platforms.

● Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and professional messaging to generate new leads.





● Address initial client queries and share relevant service information and handover to operations.

CRM & Data Management

● Maintain accurate records of leads, client details, and sales activities in CRM or internal tracking systems.

● Maintain daily logs and outreach activity reports.

● Prepare weekly updates on lead generation performance and pipeline status.

● Track outreach volumes, qualification rates, and conversion rates

Qualifications & Experience:

● 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or lead generation roles

● Experience in B2B services, facility management, technical services, or corporate sales will be an added advantage.

● Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales tracking systems is preferred.

Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a quick-paced sales environment.
