n Candidates must be willing to work from our Hyderabad office. n Strong communication skills are mandatory. n n Key Responsibilities n n Connect with prospective students through calls and messages. n Understand students' career goals and educational requirements. n Counsel students about VLSI and Semiconductor career opportunities. n Explain program details, curriculum, fees, and career opportunities. n Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions. n Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM. n Achieve assigned monthly admission and sales targets. n Provide a professional and student-focused counselling experience. n n Required Skills n n Excellent verbal and written communication. n Strong interpersonal and counselling skills. n Good listening and convincing abilities. n Positive attitude and willingness to learn. n Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment. n Basic knowledge of digital tools and CRM platforms. n n Salary n Fixed CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA + Variable Incentives n The maximum fixed salary budget for this position is ₹5 LPA. n We completely respect candidates who have higher salary expectations.
