Job Description @ GURUGRAM, CFO required for one of the biggest Apparel manufacturing Company in Asia with State of art in-house manufacturing facilities catering to some of the most popular USA and European Brands.
n Exp: 27 - 30 yrs/ open
n Salary; INR 84 - 90 Lacs pa (nego)
n Must be a qualified CA ( ICWA / CS in addition will be an added advantage )
n Must have extensive work experience in apparel manufacturing industries.
n Prefer with Overseas work experience - especially Country like Bangladesh, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc
n Strengths in Handling all accounts, finance and compliance related activities is a must.
n Strengths in Handling Taxations / EXIM, Budgeting & Planning, Costings, Audit & Taxation, Banking, Formulating Division's financial strategies by forecasting capital and identifying financial resources for managing future growth
n Finalizing the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, and special analysis and information reports.
n Enhancing all financial procedures and internal controls.
n Monitoring Revenue,



CAPEX Budget for various Functions & Monitor monthly project and overhead costs.
n Should have excellent leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
n Should have excellent communication skills ( Written and Verbal ) and presentations skills.
n Should have strong people and work management skills.
n Should be a Solid leader and a team player.
n Reporting to the MD / Board
