Job Role: Nursing Staff
- Provide direct nursing care and support to patients.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate medical records.
- Assist doctors during treatments, examinations, and medical procedures.
- Ensure proper infection-control practices and patient safety.
- Support patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for smooth patient care.
- Handle patient and attendant queries professionally.
- Maintain proper nursing documentation and follow hospital protocols.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and provide timely nursing support.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
- Provide quality and compassionate care to patients.
- Monitor vital signs and changes in patient conditions.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Maintain patient comfort, hygiene, and safety.
Clinical Support
- Assist doctors and medical staff during treatments and procedures.
- Support patient admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
Documentation
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Update patient information and treatment records as required.
- Follow hospital policies and clinical protocols.
Infection Control & Safety
- Follow infection-control procedures and healthcare safety standards.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in patient-care areas.
- Handle medical equipment and nursing supplies appropriately.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a hospital setting.
- Location: Yousufguda, Hyderabad.
- Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month.
- Shift: Rotational Shifts.
