Wanted Staff Nurse - ICU with a minimum of 3 years experience.

Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing

Salary: Based on experience and skills

Key Responsibilities

- Provide critical and specialized nursing care to ICU patients.
- Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythm, oxygen saturation, and other clinical parameters.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Operate and monitor ICU equipment such as ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, and defibrillators.
- Assist doctors during procedures, emergency interventions, and patient stabilization.
- Closely monitor changes in patients’ conditions and immediately inform the concerned doctor.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication charts, and patient records.
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of ICU equipment and emergency supplies.
- Perform effective shift handover and takeover of patients.
- Provide support and guidance to patients’ attendants regarding patient care.
- Follow NABH standards, hospital policies, and ICU protocols.
