Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing

Key Responsibilities – Staff Nurse (IP)

- Provide compassionate and quality nursing care to inpatients.
- Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and clinical condition.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure proper admission, transfer, discharge, and handover procedures.
- Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in their condition.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and medication safety protocols.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment and after-care.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors and other healthcare departments.
- Maintain NABH standards and hospital policies.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the patient care area.
