PactBridge Risk Partners is looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our growing team in Ahmedabad.

Role: Telecaller – Lead Generation

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 0–2 Years

Type: Full-Time

Your Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through outbound calls from the database provided by the company.
- Identify decision-makers – Owners & Transport Heads.
- Understand insurance requirements and identify potential prospects.
- Generate qualified leads & appointments for the sales team.
- Find renewal dates and upcoming insurance requirements.
- Follow up with prospects and confirm appointments.
- Maintain daily calling, lead & follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.





What We’re Looking For Excellent communication & convincing skills

Confident and comfortable with outbound calling

Target-oriented & positive attitude

Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets

Freshers with good communication skills can apply
