- Provide prompt and accurate technical support to customers via chat, email, and other channels like Phone as needed.

- Be the first point of escalation for any participant queries/technical issues

- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, leveraging your deep technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

- Escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up for resolution.

- Document technical solutions and share knowledge with other support members for continuous improvement.

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve support processes and suggest enhancements.

- Quality Assurance for Tickets
- Training the new Executives in the Team

- Identify user needs and help them use specific features

- Gather user feedback and share with the lead so it can be shared with Product, Sales and Marketing teams
