Key Responsibilities

 Drive Sales: Present, promote, and sell products to prospective customers to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

 Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs, provide expert product recommendations, and deliver an exceptional buying experience.

 Lead Management & Tracking: Maintain accurate, up-to-date logs of sales, customer interactions, and pipelines using digital tools.

 Compliance & Standards: Follow all company policies, ethical sales practices, and industry regulations (compliance)



during every transaction.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven working experience in a sales or customer-

facing role.

 Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to pitch confidently and build immediate rapport with clients.

 Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

 Tech Literacy: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for tracking sales data and generating simple reports.

 Compliance Awareness: A solid understanding of what compliance means in a business workplace (adhering to rules, protecting customer data, and maintaining ethical standards).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
