Job Summary

Senior Specialist - Data Analytics Insight Analyst This position is for an individual contributor in Data Science, supporting global stakeholders by developing and enhancing SaaS platform capabilities with a strong focus on model building and advanced analytics. You will lead the development, validation, deployment, and continuous improvement of data models and advanced-analytics capabilities that power our SaaS platforms for asset valuation and risk management. You will apply cutting-edge techniques in Python and other languages (JavaScript, SQL, XML, HTML), work directly with global stakeholders (including the Asset Valuation Practice), and collaborate across engineering, product, and analytics teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that generate measurable business value.

Core Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and productionize data models to support asset valuation, pricing, and risk analytics.
- Drive data governance, explainability, performance testing, bias/fairness checks, and reproducibility.
- Build, enhance, and maintain SaaS platform features and services using Python, JavaScript, SQL, XML and HTML - focusing on modularity, scalability, observability, and secure deployment.
- Leverage Databricks for data engineering, feature pipelines, large-scale model training, and collaborative analytics.
- Collaborate closely with Data Science colleagues, product owners, software engineers, and international stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions and deliver fit-for-purpose, production-grade implementations.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and scale platform components and model performance in production environments.
- Produce and maintain clear technical documentation, model cards, operational runbooks, and user guides.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and cross-team knowledge-sharing to uphold engineering best practices and security standards.




- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that elevate model accuracy, platform reliability, and end-user experience.

We will count on you to

- Hands-on expertise in Python and up-to-date engineering practices applied to SaaS platforms.
- Proven track record designing, validating, and deploying solutions in production at scale.
- Experience building reliable data and feature pipelines, ideally on Databricks.
- Ability to derive business impact from data through advanced analytics, statistical modelling, and experimentation.
- Clear, stakeholder-focused communication and the ability to influence technical direction across geographies.

What you need to have

- Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in data science, AI research, data engineering, or software development; demonstrated senior-level ownership of data products or models.
- Expert-level Python skills and familiarity with other languages (JavaScript, SQL, XML, HTML).
- Practical experience with Databricks or similar distributed data platforms (Spark, Delta Lake), including training large models and collaborative analytics.
- Experience deploying models in SaaS/cloud environments.
- Familiarity with version control, testing, and secure software development lifecycle practices.
- Robust problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills across global teams.
