Job Purpose To lead emergency responses and oversee site security operations, ensuring theft prevention, surveillance, visitor management, material movement control, transport management, and intelligence gathering aligned with organizational standards

Key Accountabilities (1/6)

Security Policy Strategy

- Implement and enforce site security policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with security regulations and best practices
- Establish security protocols for employees, contractors, and visitors

Resource Management

- Manage security resources cost-effectively
- Introduce current security technologies and practices
- Oversee procurement of security equipment and services

Key Accountabilities (2/6)

Risk Assessment Threat Management

Conduct risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities

- Develop mitigation strategies to prevent security breaches
- Implement crisis management and emergency response plans

Security Monitoring Systems

- Manage surveillance systems, alarms, and access control
- Monitor real-time security incidents and ensure timely response
- Ensure regular testing and maintenance of security systems

Key Accountabilities (3/6)

Team Management Training

- Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel
- Conduct training on security awareness, emergency response, and conflict resolution
- Allocate responsibilities based on site requirements

Access Control Visitor Management

- Monitor inward and outward material movement
- Maintain records for vehicle movement, RGP, inward and outward materials
- Supervise vehicle checks and driver compliance

Key Accountabilities (4/6)

Induction Compliance

- Conduct induction programs for new joiners, apprentices, and off-roll employees
- Ensure timely updates in compliance management systems

Transport Management

- Support employee transportation and shift transport operations
- Manage company vehicles and ambulances
- Coordinate with transport vendors and drivers




- Ensure GPS and CCTV compliance in vehicles
- Conduct transport committee meetings and maintain records

Key Accountabilities (5/6)

Safety Security Operations

- Secure premises through patrols, surveillance, and access control
- Investigate and report unusual activities
- Manage deployment and monitoring of security guards
- Oversee CCTV operations and vendor coordination
- Ensure protection of company assets and material movement compliance

Major Challenges

- Maintaining consistent surveillance coverage and theft prevention across complex multi-country site operations
- Rapidly responding to emergencies, requiring trained personnel and robust protocols in dynamic scenarios
- Balancing local security compliance regulations with organizational security standards in a multi-regional capacity

- Head Security, Location Heads Admin FM for updates, common activities, etc

Education Qualification

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

15+ years of experience, preferably from Defence, Paramilitary, or Police background.

Ability to handle emergency situations, accident response, crowd/MOB control, and crisis management.

Relevant Work Experience
