Job Title: Front-End Developer (ReactJS)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Front-End Developer with strong expertise in React JS to work on an Identity & Access Management (IDAM) platform. The role focuses on building secure, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces for authentication, authorization, and user identity workflows. You will collaborate closely with backend teams working on Spring Boot services and integrate with AWS Cognito-based identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive front-end applications using React JS
- Build and enhance UI for IDAM features such as login, registration, MFA, password reset, user onboarding, and role management
- Integrate front-end components with REST APIs
- Implement authentication and authorization flows using AWS Cognito (User Pools, Hosted UI, JWT tokens)
- Handle secure session management, token storage, and API authorization mechanisms
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
- Work with AWS services such as CloudWatch for monitoring and debugging UI-related issues
- Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams managing EC2 deployments and RDS PostgreSQL databases
- Follow secure coding practices to prevent vulnerabilities (XSS, CSRF, token leaks, etc.)
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in React JS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Experience working with 3rd party / REST APIs integrations and backend services.
- Good understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT)
- Experience integrating with AWS Cognito
- Familiarity with state management (Redux, Context API)
- Understanding of front-end security best practices
- Experience with version control tools like Git/bitbucket
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills

Preferred Skills

- Hands-on experience with AWS services: CloudWatch, EC2, RDS PostgreSQL etc
- Knowledge of SSO and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementations
- Experience with UI frameworks like Material UI, Bootstrap, or Tailwind
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
- Familiarity with microservices-based architecture

Experience

- 68 years of front-end development experience
- Prior experience in IDAM/IAM or security-focused applications is a strong advantageRole & responsibilities
