Senior Project Manager Enterprise SaaS Delivery

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with 910 years of experience in IT project management, with robust expertise in enterprise SaaS product delivery, implementation, integrations, upgrades, and migrations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large, complex, multi-workstream programs involving global enterprise clients and cross-functional teams. Beyond project execution, this role will lead a team of Project Managers (PMs) and Project Coordinators (PCs), strengthen delivery governance, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement across the project delivery organization.

This is a high-ownership enterprise delivery role requiring strong business acumen, client leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to manage projects in complex, global environments.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS implementations, integrations, upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives.
- Manage large-scale, high-value, multi-workstream projects with complex dependencies, timelines, budgets, and global stakeholders.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, resource plans, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Establish and maintain robust project governance, delivery frameworks, RAID management, escalation mechanisms, and executive reporting.
- Serve as a senior client-facing leader, managing relationships with enterprise customers, business leaders, technology stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, Customer Success, Support, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive projects using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies, selecting the appropriate approach based on business and delivery requirements.




- Monitor key delivery metrics including timeline, budget, scope, resource utilization, risks, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and implement mitigation and recovery strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators, providing guidance on delivery excellence, stakeholder management, and performance.
- Drive PMO-level process standardization, including project reporting, planning, governance, communication, documentation, and tracking mechanisms.
- Identify gaps in existing delivery practices and introduce scalable frameworks, tools, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Conduct periodic portfolio, team, and project reviews to identify trends, improve predictability, and enhance delivery quality.
- Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Enterprise-Level Experience & Skills :-

- 4+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management, preferably within SaaS, enterprise software, technology platforms, or digital transformation environments.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale SaaS implementations and complex technology programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong experience working with global clients, distributed teams, senior leadership, and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/workstreams, competing priorities, dependencies, and escalations.




- Strong understanding of the SaaS product lifecycle, enterprise implementation, deployment, integrations, migrations, and customer onboarding.
- Hands-on expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience establishing or operating within PMO governance, enterprise delivery standards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
- Proven leadership experience managing, mentoring, and developing PMs and Project Coordinators.
- Strong understanding of risk, dependency, change, scope, resource, budget, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, escalation, and executive stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency with enterprise project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Rocketlane, Basecamp, Google Workspace/G Suite, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business and technical challenges into actionable delivery plans.
