Role Description The Sr Project Engineer–Civil is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi, responsible for leading and coordinating civil engineering activities across high-rise, bridge, metro, airport, and railway projects. This role involves preparing and reviewing designs, drawings, and technical specifications, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.

The Sr Project

Engineer–Civil will manage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and site coordination, working closely with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to keep projects on track for safety, quality, cost,



and timeline targets. Day-to-day tasks include supervising site execution, monitoring progress, resolving technical issues, conducting inspections, and preparing reports and documentation. The role also requires supporting continuous improvement initiatives, enforcing safety practices, and contributing to process optimization in line with the company’s Kaizen philosophy.

Qualifications

- Strong civil engineering background with experience in structural design, analysis, and detailing for steel structures, bridges, and high-rise buildings.
- Proficiency in civil and structural engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS or similar) and ability to interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Demonstrated capability in project planning, site coordination, resource management, and progress monitoring for large infrastructure or industrial projects.
- Sound knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations in civil engineering, including quality assurance and OHS practices.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to guide site teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree or additional certifications in project management or structures is an advantage).
- Several years of experience in a similar senior civil engineering or project engineering role, preferably in steel construction, bridges, or rail-related projects.
