Senior Finance Manager at NBFC Preparation Monthly Financial (IGAAP Ind AS), MIS and branch/Product profitability.

Responsibilities

- Variance analysis for Budget and Actuals

- Ensure system Integrity (LMS Accounting System)

- Filing of RBI Returns on Monthly, Quarterly, Haly yearly and Annual Basis

- Ensure to compliance of Income Tax compliance like correct TDS deduction, system updation with TDS rate, TDS deposition, TDS return filing, generation of TDS certificate, reply of Income tax query and notices, Timely submission of Tax audit report, ITR filing, compliance with respect to any foreign payment.

- Ensure to compliance of GST like return filing, liability deposition, input credit, GST RCM, input matching debited to vendor as per agreed term, GST audit/inspection, Resolution of auditor s query for review and audit, implantation of system control for GST compliance, development of required GST report from system etc.

- Timely Process Vendor Employee Payments and reconciliation.

- Ensure time preparation of audit schedules for statutory audit, tax audit and internal audit.

- Co-ordination of Auditors for Income Tax audit and GST audit.





- Review of monthly DPD before reporting which received from Ops team and escalate in case of any gap.

- Ensure correct and timely NPA Accounting-Income reversal, provisioning etc.

- Validate FAR updation and calculated depreciation by system on monthly basis.

- Ensure system integrity, Lending Accounts data reconciliation.

- Co-ordination for issues in system accounting reporting with IT team vendor

- Lead the implementation of current/change functionality in lending system related to customer accounting.

- Reconcile operations and accounts report and follow-up for correction on a monthly basis.

- Ensure compliance of IFC (RCMs) for each activity related to above goals.

Requirements

- Experience Required
- At least 3-5 years of experience with NBFC with same profile.

- Qualification: CA, CA fresher with relevant profile experience, MBA finance from reputed institute
