Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Developer who is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions by analyzing business requirements, architecting technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, and leading the technical implementation process, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure the solution aligns with business needs and delivers optimal functionality across various ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Platform Expertise (30%):

- Possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow features, modules (e.g., ITSM, ITAM, CSM, APM/EA, DPR, ITOM), and capabilities to optimize solution design.
- Must have – APM/EA, ITAM, CMDB
- Service mapping TPM /TRM
- Guide development teams through the implementation process, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- Develop and present technical demonstrations (POC) to showcase ServiceNow solution potential.

1. Solution Design and Architecture (30%):

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Develop scalable and reusable solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Provide guidance on ServiceNow capabilities and recommend optimal solutions.

1. Integration and Automation (10%):

- Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- Implement automation and orchestration workflows to streamline processes.

1. Team Collaboration and Leadership (10%):





- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.

1. Documentation and Training (10%):

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.

1. ServiceNow Development and Configuration (10%):

- Design and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and customize core ServiceNow modules such as EA/APM, DPR, ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps.
- Develop and maintain business rules, scripts, UI policies, and workflows.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience as a ServiceNow developer with a strong focus on platform development and customization.
- Extensive experience with JavaScript, Glide, and other ServiceNow development tools.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow modules, including APM/EA, DPR, ITSM, ITOM, and others.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integration using REST, SOAP, and MID servers.
- Robust understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Mobile and Virtual Agent.
- Familiarity with Integrating external tools (Jira, Clarity, version control and testing tools) and DevOps practices.
