Role & responsibilities To supervise ISO tank inspection, repair, maintenance, and testing activities as per IICL, ISO, customer,quality, and safety standards, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely completion of work.

Preferred candidate profile

ISO Tank Knowledge Solid understanding of tank shells, frames, valves, fittings, manlids, piping, and components.

Team Supervision – Ability to lead and supervise technicians, welders, fabricators, and repairers.

Inspection & Repair – Ability to assess defects, determine repair requirements, and monitor repair activities.

Technical Knowledge – Good knowledge of mechanical repairs, fabrication, welding, valves, fittings, and tank components.

Testing Knowledge – Understanding of leak, pressure, valve, and functional testing requirements.





IICL/ISO Awareness – Good knowledge of applicable ISO tank repair and inspection standards.

Quality Control – Ensures repairs, workmanship, measurements, and finishing meet required standards.

Safety Awareness – Ensures compliance with PPE, hot-work, pressure, and safe-work procedures.

Problem-Solving – Ability to resolve technical issues and provide effective repair solutions.

Work Planning – Allocates manpower, monitors job progress, and ensures timely completion.

Documentation – Maintains repair, inspection, testing, and work-related records.

Productivity & Leadership – Achieves production targets while maintaining quality, safety, and team discipline.
