Job Summary

The Senior Manager - Business Finance is a strategic finance partner responsible for driving business performance through financial planning, commercial insights, investor reporting, and financial modelling. The role supports executive leadership with data-driven decision-making, long-term planning, fundraising, and board reporting while ensuring strong financial governance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to drive strategic and commercial decisions through financial insights.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis.

- Develop and maintain integrated financial models for business planning, fundraising, and strategic initiatives.

- Prepare investor and Board reporting, including financial performance updates, KPIs, and business insights.

- Support fundraising, due diligence, and strategic investment decisions through robust financial analysis.

- Monitor business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve profitability.

- Drive cost optimization, pricing analysis, and resource allocation initiatives.





- Enhance financial reporting, planning processes, and governance through automation and process improvements.

Qualifications Experience

- CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

- 7-10 years of experience in Business Finance, FPA, Commercial Finance, or Strategic Finance.

- Robust experience in financial modelling, investor reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.

- Experience working with senior leadership, Board members, and investors is preferred.
