About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent conceptual thinking, and hands-on experience in publication design, branding, marketing communication, digital media, and social media creatives.

The candidate will work closely with the creative, content, marketing, sales, and media teams to develop high-quality visual communication across multiple platforms.

This is a hands-on design role requiring someone who can independently manage projects from concept development to final execution while maintaining high standards of creativity, accuracy, and visual consistency.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic & Creative Design

· Develop creative concepts and visual solutions based on project requirements and briefs.

· Design high-quality creatives for both print and digital platforms.

· Create layouts, compositions, typography, and visual concepts that communicate effectively.

· Ensure all designs maintain a consistent and professional visual language.

· Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Magazine & Publication Design

· Design magazines, special editions, coffee table books, brochures, profiles, and other publications.

· Create engaging cover designs, editorial layouts, feature pages, advertisements, infographics, and promotional materials.

· Work closely with content writers and editorial teams to convert written content into visually engaging layouts.

· Prepare artwork according to print and production specifications.

· Ensure accuracy in typography, alignment, image quality, colors, and final files.

Branding & Marketing Collateral

· Design branding and marketing materials including:

o Brand identity assets o Brochures o Company profiles o Presentations o Flyers o Advertisements o Invitations o Event creatives o Promotional materials





· Assist in developing creative concepts for branding and marketing campaigns.

· Maintain consistency with existing brand guidelines.

Digital & Social Media

· Create engaging visual content for social media platforms and digital campaigns.

· Design social media posts, banners, campaign creatives, advertisements, thumbnails, and promotional graphics.

· Collaborate with content and social media teams to develop visually solid campaigns.

Creative Collaboration

· Work closely with Creative, Content, Sales, Marketing, Social Media, Video, and Events teams.

· Understand briefs and translate requirements into effective visual solutions.

· Participate in brainstorming and creative concept development.

· Take feedback positively and refine designs based on project requirements.

· Support junior designers when required by providing creative guidance and feedback.

Quality & Project Management

· Manage assigned projects independently from initial concept through final delivery.

· Ensure all creative work is accurate, polished, and delivered within deadlines.

· Maintain organized design files and follow proper file-management practices.

· Review artwork carefully before final submission or production.

· Stay updated with current design trends, creative styles, and emerging design technologies.

Required Skills

· Robust command of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly:

o Adobe Photoshop o Adobe Illustrator o Adobe InDesign

· Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere Pro will be an advantage.

· Excellent understanding of:

o Typography o Layout & composition o Color theory o Visual hierarchy o Image selection & treatment o Branding o Print production





· Strong publication and editorial design skills.

· Good conceptual and creative-thinking abilities.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

· Good communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

· 6–8 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative role.

· Strong experience in magazine/publication design, branding, advertising, or media is preferred.

· Experience working with publishing houses, media companies, advertising agencies, branding agencies, or corporate creative teams will be an advantage.

· Strong portfolio demonstrating professional-level design work is required.
