Reporting To: Operations Manager / Senior Operations Manager
Experience: 2–4 Years
Job Purpose To manage day-to-day operations, ensure timely and quality service delivery, coordinate with clients and field teams, and maintain operational standards across assigned sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth execution of services at client locations.
- Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, housekeeping staff and other field personnel.
- Plan and monitor daily/weekly service schedules and manpower deployment.
- Ensure services are completed as per SOPs, contract requirements and client expectations.
- Handle client communication, complaints, escalations and operational requirements.
- Prepare and maintain service reports, attendance records, checklists and other operational documentation.
- Monitor manpower attendance, grooming, uniform, discipline and productivity.
- Coordinate recruitment and deployment of replacement manpower when required.
- Ensure proper usage of PPE and compliance with safety procedures.
- Monitor service completion and ensure timely submission of service cards/reports..
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualification Graduate in any discipline. A qualification in Facility Management, Operations or a related field will be an advantage.
